What is surround sound

        A type of playback in which the sound appears to surround the listener, usually in contrast to two-channel stereo.In addition to retaining the sense of direction of the source of the original signal, the reproducing field is accompanied by the sound effect of the sense of surrounding and expanding (the sound diffuses away from the listener or has the feeling of reverberation).When listening to surround sound, the listener can distinguish the sound from the front, the back and the left, that is, surround sound can make the space sound source from the line to the whole horizontal plane and even the vertical plane, so that the space reverberation process of the performance hall can be reproduced lifelike, with a more moving sense of presence.This sense of presence is more realistic, more vivid, and therefore more infectious when combined with images from large screen television or movies, so that both sight and sound work at the same time.
